Job summary

Elizabeth Finn Homes Limited is hiring a Care Assistant nights at The Cotswold Home in Burford. You will provide person-centred care to residents, uphold dignity, and support activities and mobility. DBS checks will be required and right to work in the UK is essential.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS check will be undertaken for successful applicants.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain a high standard of personal care to residents in accordance with their needs and desired outcomes.
• Meet the personal care needs of residents in a way that respects their dignity and promotes independence.
• Ensure residents' physical environment meets their needs.
• Welcome and assist residents and visitors, referring them to the person in charge where necessary.
• Help promote mental and physical activity by talking with residents, taking them out, and engaging in activities such as reading, hobbies and social recreations.
