Job summary

Elizabeth Finn Homes is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for The Cotswold Home in Bradwell. You will provide person-centred care to residents, ensuring dignity, independence, and a safe living environment. The role requires welcoming residents and visitors and engaging them in social and recreational activities.

The position offers shifts with 12.25 hours and weekend availability. Salary is from £13.68 to £14.51 per hour, with permanent contract options (full-time/part-time).

About The Role

We have a dedicated and well-trained team providing an excellent standard of person-centred care for our residents. As a Care Assistant joining our large, diverse team who are proud of the difference we make to our residents

What you'll do:

• Deliver and maintain a high standard of personal care to residents in accordance with their needs and desired outcomes.
• You will meet the personal care needs of residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence.
• Ensure residents physical environment meets their needs.
• Welcome and assist residents and visitors, referring them to the person in charge where necessary
• Help in the promotion of mental and physical activity of our residents through talking to them, taking them out, engaging with them in activities such as reading, writing, hobbies and other social activities and recreations.
