Job summary

Fleetwood Hall Care Home, part of Sandstone Care Group in Lancashire, is seeking a Health Care Assistant for night shifts (8pm–8am) and 38.5 contracted hours per week. You will support residents with personal care, monitor wellbeing, and help ensure a safe, comfortable night-time environment.

Responsibilities

Support residents with personal care, mobility and daily living needs.
Complete night checks and help ensure residents remain safe and comfortable throughout the night.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns.
Maintain accurate care records and handovers.
Promote dignity, independence and choice.
Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding care.
