Job summary

Fleetwood Hall Care Home is seeking a Health Care Assistant (Days) to join our dedicated team and provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents.

You will support residents with personal care, mobility and daily living needs; assist with meals and hydration; offer companionship; monitor wellbeing and maintain accurate care records. You must be flexible to work 12‑hour shifts, including weekends.

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.

• Hourly rate: £12.76 per hour
• Shift pattern: 8am-8pm
• Contracted hours: 38.5 hours (3 to 4 shifts per week)
