Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK.
• Full-time availability for 42 hours night shifts.
• Required to work alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and communication to clients.
• Assist with personal care including washing, dressing, and oral care.
• Prompt and assist or administer medications.
• Support clients with healthy meals and snacks.
• Perform light domestic cleaning tasks.
• Assist clients with mobility to promote independence.
• Engage clients in social activities and outings.

What is required from you?

• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
• Required to work alternate weekends.
• Full time availability of 42 hours for night shifts.

A day in the life of a Care Assistant

• Companionship - Providing support , companionship, communication and engagement
• Personal care- supporting with a wash bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care.
• Medication-Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams.
• Meals – Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages.
• Domestic tasks- light cleaning tasks.
• Mobility - Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility.
• Social activities- Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
