Night Care Assistant

Competitive pay rate of £12.50 - £12.75 per hour + paid breaks.

Full time and part time positions available

We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Care Assistant to join the team at Alexandra House, our residential care home located near Ashley Road, Parkstone, Poole, Dorset.

What you will be doing:

• Identifying the needs and abilities of our residents and delivering excellent person-centred care.
• Supporting and encouraging residents to remain as independent as possible.
• Checking on residents regularly, including moving and positioning if required.
• Providing personal care such as washing and undressing when needed.
• Building relationships and providing companionship—getting to know our residents!
• Working as part of a team to create a cooperative, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere in the home.
