Join to apply for the Night Care Assistant role at Audley Villages.

We are actively looking for a night care assistant to work on-site at our Audley Village, supporting residents who live in their own homes within our community. You’ll play an important part in ensuring our residents are safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the night.

The hours for this role are 8pm to 8am, with waking night shifts including every other weekend.

All residents have unique needs. Working from personalized care plans, you’ll assist with tasks such as personal care, helping with laundry, medication, and daily routines. No two days are the same, and you will take pride in delivering high-standard care.
