Etive House Care Home in Scotland is seeking a Care Assistant to deliver person-centred care for residents in a small group setting. You will support daily living, personal care, mobility and wellbeing, following care plans to ensure dignity and comfort.

Located in the beautiful village of Benderloch by Oban, we offer small group living accommodation for up to 62 residents.
As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents' lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person-centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.
You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
