Etive House Care Home in Oban is seeking a Care Assistant to provide person-centred care to residents, delivering dignity, independence and wellbeing. You will assist with daily living, personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional support while following care plans and monitoring changes in condition.
You will join a friendly, supportive team with full training and ongoing development. Prior experience helps but is not essential; a caring attitude and willingness to learn are valued.
As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.
You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
