Job Title: Night Care Assistant

Shift: Nights, 3x on & 3x off

Role Responsibilities

1. Take responsibility for the physical and emotional wellbeing and social needs of residents.
2. Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and meals.
3. Ensure residents maintain their dignity and individuality through compassionate care.
4. Support residents with limited mobility and emotional needs, including end-of-life care.
5. Recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond appropriately.
6. Attend safeguarding training and undertake related ongoing training.
