About the Role

Dovehaven Care Homes is recruiting a Care Assistant for Garden Lodge Residential Home, Netherley, Liverpool. The role involves working DAYS or NIGHTS, 7-7, with every other weekend, on a 22-hour day contract and a 33-hour night contract.

Garden Lodge is a residential care home for up to 48 residents, including a unit specializing in dementia care. The home promotes independence, dignity, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the running of the Home, maintaining high standards of care and service.
• Provide personal and practical care to residents.
• Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and professionalism.
• Work well under pressure, be dependable, and flexible.
