Job summary

Foley Grange Care Home in Kidderminster is seeking a caring Care Assistant for night shifts to support residents with daily living, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.

You will work as part of a supportive team, with full training and ongoing development provided; previous experience is helpful but not essential. Paid DBS, uniform provided, and opportunities for career progression are included.

Care Assistant Contract

• Contracted to 38.5 hours per week
• Paid [PVG/DBS] pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
• Hours are 20:00pm - 08:00am

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
