Foley Grange Care Home in Kidderminster is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, personal care, mobility and wellbeing. You will follow personalised care plans and contribute to a safe, respectful environment, with full training provided for those new to care.

The role welcomes experienced carers and newcomers alike, offering a structured development path within a supportive team and a 3 on/3 off rota across a seven day week.

Care Assistant Contract

Contract £13.45 - £13.95 per hour Contracted to 24.5 hours per week Paid [PVG/DBS] pension, uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) Working a 3 on and 3 off shift pattern over a seven day rota

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday.

This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued.

By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for.

This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
