We are actively looking for a night care assistant to work on-site at our Audley Village, supporting our owners who live in their own homes within the village. You’ll play an important role in ensuring our owners are safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the night.
The hours for this role are 8pm to 8am, with waking night shifts including every other weekend.
We’ll rely on you to personally deliver care, the Audley way, to our customers in their own homes based on our luxury retirement village. Through our Audley Academy, we’ll provide all the training and support you need to offer care filled with empathy, understanding, and respect. All our customers are unique, each with different needs. Working from specially prepared personal care plans, you’ll help with a wide range of tasks—ensuring everything is done exactly as your customers prefer. Some may need assistance with washing, dressing, and personal care; others might need help with laundry or medication management. No two days are the same, but whatever your tasks, you’ll take pride in delivering exceptional care.
