Night Care Assistant

We are actively looking for a Night Care Assistant to work on-site at our Audley Village, supporting our owners who live in their own homes within our community. You’ll play an important role in ensuring our owners are safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the night.

Hours: 8pm to 8am, waking night shifts, including every other weekend.

We will rely on you to deliver care the Audley way to our customers in their own homes within our luxury retirement village. Through our Audley Academy, we provide all the training and support needed to deliver care with empathy, understanding, and respect. Each customer has unique needs. Working from personalized care plans, you will assist with tasks such as personal hygiene, medication management, laundry, and meal preparation. Your work will be varied, and your dedication will set the standard for quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with personal care, including helping them in and out of bed, washing, showering, and dressing.
• Support with daily routines and activities.
• Help with meal preparation and household tasks such as washing, cleaning, or ironing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, building trusting relationships.
