Base pay range

We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team at Pennine View Residential Home, Accrington. Working NIGHTS - 8pm - 8am on a rota basis, with alternate weekend availability required.

Pennine View is a residential care home catering for up to 50 residents, specialising in dementia care. The home maintains high standards to provide a secure, happy, and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors.

About the Role:

As a Care Assistant, you must:

• Provide assistance, personal care, activities, and companionship to residents
• Be alert to residents’ needs, health, and wellbeing
• Respect residents’ dignity and privacy
• Work with residents and their families to deliver tailored care
• Assist with mealtimes and safe moving
• Maintain accurate records for each resident
