Job summary

RB Holdings in London is seeking a Night Baker to join Birley Bakery in Chelsea Green. You will proof, bake and finish a range of viennoiserie and bakery products to the highest standards, prepare sandwiches and grab‑and‑go items, and ensure display readiness and product presentation.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years’ bakery or food production experience and a good understanding of food safety. You will work straight night shifts 3am–1pm, up to 48 hours weekly.

• 1–2 years' experience in bakery or food production.
• Experience with proofing and baking artisan breads.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Proof, bake and finish a range of viennoiserie and bakery products to high standards.
• Prepare and finish sandwiches and grab-and-go items.
• Tray, merchandise and prepare products for display and service.

We are currently seeking a talented Night Baker to join the team at Birley Bakery, our artisan bakery located in the heart of Chelsea Green (SW3).

Working Hours:

• Straight night shifts from 3am-1pm shifts
• Up to 48 hours a week

What you will do:

• Ensure product quality, consistency and presentation standards are maintained throughout the shift
