Qualifications

• Hospitality, Front Office or admin experience desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service during the night.

• Reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports.
• Ensure guest accounts and financial records are accurate.
• Conduct regular security and safety checks.
• Support the smooth running of the hotel overnight.
• Maintain brand standards at all times.
• Help prepare the hotel for the following day.

Night Auditor

The Hampton by Hilton Humberside Airport has 100 bright modern bedrooms, situated right off the A18 just a short walk from Humberside International Airport. We're just 15 minutes from the sprawling Lincolnshire Wolds and Humber Bridge giving access to East Yorkshire. We are a friendly, helpful, and warm team looking to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a spacious lounge area perfect for relaxing after a busy day located on the ground floor alongside a bar serving hot and cold beverages and snacks. In addition, you can order a tasty meal off our lounge menu. Or if you are looking for a more formal dinner than the lounge, our casual Touchdown Bar & Grill restaurant onsite serves a range of classic dishes. There is also an onsite gym for our overnight guests available and a business centre where you can focus on your work.

We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Night Auditor to help deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting the smooth overnight operation of the hotel.

This is a varied role where you'll combine guest service responsibilities with important overnight administrative and financial processes, helping to ensure the hotel is prepared for a successful day ahead.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional guest service throughout the night

• Welcome guests, manage late check-ins and support early departures

• Respond to guest enquiries and requests professionally and efficiently

• Complete night audit procedures and end-of-day financial processes

• Reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports in line with company procedures

• Ensure guest accounts and financial records are accurate

• Conduct regular security and safety checks throughout the hotel

• Support the smooth running of the hotel during overnight shifts

• Ensure company, brand and legal standards are maintained at all times

• Help prepare the hotel for the following day's operation

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality, Front Office, customer service or administration is desirable

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good numerical and administrative skills
