Hampton by Hilton Liverpool John Lennon Airport is seeking motivated night team members to join our Front Office. This overnight role offers 40 hours per week across five days with a starting rate of £13.21 per hour.

You will perform night audits, assist guests with late check-ins, queries and early check-outs, and carry out end-of-day procedures and safety checks. Flexibility, composure under pressure and initiative are essential.

Qualifications

• Night audit experience or willingness to learn overnight procedures.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering guest service.
• Flexibility to work across evenings, nights and weekends.

Night Owls wanted!

Working as part of the Front Office team you will work night shifts completing the night audits, supporting Guests with late check in, queries and early check outs.

You will be completing end of day procedures and health and safety checks as required. The variety of this role need someone who can work calmly under pressure and be always vigilant to keep the hotel guests and property safe and secure.

This role requires flexibility to adapt on shift and use initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
