Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant for Hampton by Hilton Liverpool John Lennon Airport. This Occasional Worker role focuses on delivering warm service, assisting in food and beverage service, and helping maintain a welcoming dining environment for guests.

Flexibility is required to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not required, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. As a Food andBeverage Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.

• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.

• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.

• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatory.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
