Hampton by Hilton Liverpool John Lennon Airport is seeking a night-front office team member in the UK to perform night audits, assist guests with late check-ins and early check-outs, and ensure security and safety on the night shift.

The role involves end-of-day procedures, health and safety checks, and preparing the hotel for the next day. Flexible shift patterns and weekend work are expected; full training and career development opportunities are available.

Responsabilidades

• Perform night audits and ensure end-of-day procedures are completed accurately.
• Support guests with late check-in, queries, and early check-outs.
• Maintain health and safety checks and hotel security during night shifts.
• Prepare the hotel for the day ahead and manage nightly room readiness.
• Adapt shift patterns as required and work calmly under pressure.

Night Owls wanted!

Working as part of the Front Office team you will work night shifts completing the night audits, supporting Guests with late check in, queries and early check outs.

You will be completing end of day procedures and health and safety checks as required. The variety of this role need someone who can work calmly under pressure and be always vigilant to keep the hotel guests and property safe and secure.

This role requires flexibility to adapt on shift and use initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
