Job summary

Hotel Co 51 is expanding its MOXY Hotels operations in the UK and seeks an energetic hospitality professional to join the Front Office team. The role focuses on night audit, guest services, and ensuring smooth handovers to the next day shift.

You will work at MOXY-branded properties, promoting the Marriott Bonvoy program and delivering positive guest experiences with a high-energy, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in the service industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and Micros.
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws.
• Personal travel experience in the travel industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Running the night audit and balancing the days accounts.
• Prepare the hotel for the following day.
• Helping guests and creating positive experiences.
• Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way.
• Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way.
• Manage all bills and payments correctly.
• Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas.
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely.
• Supporting other crewmembers and follow direction from crew leaders.
• Promote and support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.

Useful Experience
