Job summary

MOXY Hotels, Marriott’s youngest brand, is seeking a vibrant team member to deliver excellent guest experiences in our Food & Beverage outlets. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring food quality and safety while staying connected to the Marriott Bonvoy program.

We’re looking for someone with high energy, strong people skills, and a passion for Food & Beverage. English fluency is essential; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience within the service industry.
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws.
• Travel experience in the travel industry.

Responsibilities

• Helping guests and creating positive experiences.
• Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way.
• Prepare food and deliver consistent food quality.
• Preparation, set-up, service, clean up and restocking of prep areas.
• Restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas.
• Cleanliness of the kitchen area.
• Full ownership of FIFO system (first in first out) of food & beverage items.
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely.
• Food handling according to HACCP regulations (product rotation, temperature maintenance and record keeping, storage procedures etc.).
• Supporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders.
• Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.
