Job summary

Moxy Southampton is seeking a Crew Leader (Duty Manager) for a full-time, on-site position at the hotel in the United Kingdom. You will lead guest service, manage room inventory and check-ins/outs, operate F&B outlets, oversee billing, and supervise BOH activities while promoting the Moxy brand and Marriott Bonvoy loyalty.

• Experience within the service industry.
• Knowledge of hotel systems Opera and Micros.
• Knowledge of F&B operations.
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws.
• Personal experience of travel and travel industry.

Crew Leader (Duty Manager) – Moxy Southampton

This position is based on a full time contract.
Confident communicator comfortable in a fast-paced service focused role.

Proactive problem solver and team player, who builds a fun and relaxed environment that makes guests feel at home.

Main Tasks and responsibilities

• Helping guests and creating positive experiences
• Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way
• Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
• Manage all bills and payments correctly
• Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
• Supporting other Crew Members
• Promote and support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program

We’re looking for someone with Moxie, which is all of these things:

• Skilled multi tasker who can balance hard work with great service
