The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush in West London is seeking a Head Bartender to lead the bar team at Chet’s, our Thai-American concept. You’ll set the tone for service, know your products inside out, and drive trends.

You’ll bring strong wine and cocktail knowledge, coach colleagues, and create memorable guest experiences while maintaining the upbeat, ego-free Hox culture.

• Previous Head Bartender or Bartender experience, ready for a step up with great wine & cocktail knowledge.

The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush is our fourth London Hoxton and located in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush, in the beating heart of an eclectic and diverse neighbourhood, with 237 playfully designed bedrooms and an all-day restaurant - Chet’s serving Thai American comfort food. Featuring a large open lobby with vintage seating and cosy corners, 237 bedrooms of different sizes, as well as a central wraparound bar and terrace, The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush is perfectly located for exploring West London.

We are looking for a Head Bartender to join the Chet’s team - a Thai-Americana spot combining the fragrant flavours and smoky textures of Thailand and the surrounding region with comforts from the classic American diner in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush.
