Job summary

The Caledonian Edinburgh is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to oversee the overnight operation, ensuring guests experience seamless service while maintaining accuracy, security and financial controls.

In this role you will manage overnight check-ins and billing, act as the lead point of contact during night hours and coordinate a smooth handover to the morning Front of House team, delivering warm, professional hospitality throughout the night.

Night Auditor to oversee the overnight operation of the hotel, ensuring guests experience seamless, attentive service while maintaining accuracy, security and operational excellence throughout the night.

The Person:

The Role:

• Deliver refined overnight guest service at the Front Desk
• Act as the lead point of contact for guests during night hours
• Ensure accurate night audit, reporting and financial controls
• Maintain hotel security and safety standards overnight
• Support a smooth handover for the morning Front of House Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overnight check-ins, check-outs, billing and reservations
• Complete night audit procedures and prepare daily reports
• Respond professionally to guest requests and resolve issues
• Monitor security, access and safety compliance
• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance & Front of House teams.
