The Caledonian Edinburgh, part of Klarent Hospitality Limited, seeks a Guest Services Agent to deliver a refined guest journey from arrival to departure. This part-time role (32 hours over 4 days) requires a polished, guest-focused professional and a proactive, adaptable team player.

You will be first and last impression of the hotel, upsell by offering services, and uphold luxury standards. Benefits include meals on duty, staff discounts, and career development opportunities.

Set within the heart of Edinburgh, The Caledonian Edinburgh invites guests into beautifully re-imagined bedrooms inspired by Scotland’s landscapes and heritage. We are seeking a Guest Services Agent to help deliver a seamless, refined experience from first arrival to final farewell. This is a part-time contract of 32 hours, over 4 days.

The Person:

• A polished and welcoming professional with a passion for luxury hospitality

• Detail-orientated with strong communication and organisational skills

• Flexible to work across varied shifts, supporting hotel operations.

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage check-in and check-out with efficiency, discretion and warmth
• Respond promptly to guest enquiries, resolving requests professionally
• Maintain thorough knowledge of room categories, rates and promotions
• Maximise occupancy and revenue through confident upselling
• Follow all security, cash handling and health and safety procedures.
