Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a reliable Night Auditor to support overnight operations for both full-time and part-time roles. You will conduct the night audit, assist guests, and ensure the hotel is secure and ready for the day ahead.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, safe operations, and leadership of the Night team, with opportunities for development within the hotel group.

• Experience in a 3/4-star hotel is desired but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the hotel at night with the highest level of customer service.
• Oversee health & safety at night, including fire walks and security checks, plus first aid where applicable.
• Perform Front Office duties: night audit, check-ins and check-outs.
• Provide Food & Beverage service during night shifts.
• Maintain lobby and meeting room cleanliness.
• Lead the Night team and drive performance against audits and quality standards.
• Support strategic running of the hotel and develop night staff for progression.

Night Auditor

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. You’ll play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the hotel overnight, supporting our guests, completing the night audit and financial procedures, and ensuring the hotel is safe, secure and ready for the day ahead.

Your Job:

• Responsible for smooth and efficient operation of the hotel at night and to ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Responsible for overall health & safety at night, including fire walks, security checks, and any other relevant health & safety duties, e.g. first aid
• Perform Front Office duties, including running the night audit report and check-in and check-out out guests
• Food & Beverage service at night.
• Clean the hotel lobby and meeting room area.
• Lead the team to achieve goals in relation to mystery audits, customer comment index, quality evaluations and hotel standards.
• Lead and develop the Night team, making sure that they become prepared for the next step in their career.
• Contribute to the strategic running of the hotel.
