Job summary

Kisimul Group is seeking a Night Team Leader at Clann Dion, Market Rasen, Lincolnshire. You will lead night shifts for adults with complex needs, supporting daily living and accompanying residents on community activities.

The role requires a compassionate, resilient team player with strong communication and computer skills, plus willingness to progress through our competency framework to increase pay rates. A company vehicle is provided for transports.

About The Role

Our Adult Residential/Supported Living Home is looking for a Night Team Leader to join our team at Clann Dion, based in Market Rasen, Lincolnshire.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Senior Night Life Practitioner to join our team.

As a Senior Night Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK driver's licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting rates are £14.74 and for those with experience it's £16.87

Level 1 - £14.74, Level 2 - £15.77, Level 3 £16.87
