Job summary

Our Children's ResidentialHome in Lincolnshire is seeking a compassionate Night Team Leader to support individuals with complex needs. You will assist with daily activities and accompany residents on community trips, guiding a night shift team in a caring, safe environment.

The role includes access to a company vehicle for transport to activities and a clear progression pathway with competency development and increased hourly rates.

Our Children's ResidentialHome is looking for a Night Team Leader to join our team at Anam Cara, Friesthorpe, Lincolnshire

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Night Team Leader to join our team. As a Night Team Leader, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting rates are effective from 1st September 2026:
