Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Registered Nurse to join our busy Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. You will care for premature and critically unwell newborns, supporting families as partners in care within a regional level 3 NICU.

A comprehensive induction, simulation training and mentorship are provided to develop your neonatal expertise. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, completing A to E nursing assessments and contributing to

Competenze

• Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Experience in neonatal care or paediatrics preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Mansioni

• Care for babies and their families in the NICU, including special care, transitional care and high dependency.
• Perform A–E nursing assessments.
• Collaborate with the MDT to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide compassionate, family-centered care and support to parents and carers.
