Fixatex Ltd is seeking a Qualified Supervisor to lead our Peabody Maintenance team, overseeing engineers and subcontractors across Emergency Lighting, PAT, Lightning Protection, Solar PV and Height Safety. You will ensure work is performed safely, to specification, and that all certification is completed accurately and promptly.

The role requires NIC-EIC/NAPIT experience, strong team leadership and knowledge of relevant BS standards, with focus on social housing maintenance.

Competenze

• Experience as a Qualified Supervisor with NICEIC, NAPIT or equivalent.
• Experience supervising engineers and subcontractors.
• Good working knowledge of Emergency Lighting, Lightning Protection and PAT testing.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft 365 and mobile workforce systems.
• Experience in social housing (Desirable).
• Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

• Lead and manage engineers and specialist subcontractors.
• Supervise day-to-day work and monitor team performance.
• Act as NICEIC Qualified Supervisor and oversee electrical certification.
• Conduct onsite supervision visits and post-inspection reviews.
