Job summary

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an enthusiastic administrator to join the Dorset Wheelchair Service. You will support clinical staff, arrange appointments, and help ensure timely provision of wheelchairs and equipment to community clients.

Based at the Acorn Building, St Leonards Hospital, you may travel within Dorset to support our service. DBS check is required and the Trust will cover the cost; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Dorset Wheelchair Service by assisting clinical staff with the provision of NHS wheelchairs and equipment to clients.
• Arrange and coordinate appointments and related tasks to ensure timely service delivery.
• Travel within Dorset to other sites as required to support service delivery.
