Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive Business & Project Co-Ordinator to join the Adult Community Mental Health and ALD Directorate. You will lead service improvement, coordinate transformation and manage complex business change projects, working with clinical teams, managers and external partners.

You will develop governance, maintain project plans, track benefits realisation, deliver training and engage stakeholders to embed sustainable improvements across directorates.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Lead and co-ordinate multiple service improvement and transformation projects across CMHT and ALD services.
• Develop project documents including business cases, PIDs, project plans, risk registers and progress reports.
• Support directorate productivity, efficiency and quality improvement initiatives.
• Establish governance arrangements and stakeholder engagement processes.
• Analyse performance data to inform decision-making and service development.
• Facilitate service redesign and process improvements using recognised methodologies.
• Produce reports, presentations and communications for senior audiences.
• Deliver training and engagement events to support project objectives.
• Monitor benefits realisation and transition into BAU.
• Line manage administrative staff where applicable.
