Job summary

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Digital Transformation Senior Optimisation Co-ordinator to drive large-scale digital changes across mental health, community, forensic and prison services. The role works with clinical, operational, digital and data colleagues to deliver improvements in processes, systems and patient care.

Based at Pinewood House with agile working (2 office days per week) and travel to Trust sites as required, you will lead discovery, planning and implementation,

Qualifications

Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement & change management skills.
Ability to lead digital transformation initiatives across clinical, operational and data teams.
Experience in delivering benefits realisation through digital change.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale digital transformation and optimisation projects from discovery to benefits realisation.
Develop project documentation, business cases and governance papers for CDA and other forums.
Engage with diverse stakeholders to support adoption of new digital systems and processes.
Support delivery activities including testing, training and go-live.
Monitor data quality and benefits reporting across directorates.
