Ashford and St. Peters Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Assistant Theatre Practitioner/ HCSW to join the St Peters Theatres in Chertsey. You will work under supervision to provide high‑quality patient care in the theatre environment, supporting the theatre team and ensuring safety and dignity for patients.

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting is essential.
• NHS experience for at least six months preferred.
• Care certificate issued by the Trust required to progress to band 3.

Responsabilités

• Work under supervision to support safe patient care in Theatre.
• Assist with moving and handling to protect patients and staff.
• Collect patients and assist with theatre cleaning as needed.
• Support high-quality care across Main Theatre, Recovery and Anaesthetics.
• Maintain IPC standards and complete documentation for pathways.
• Assist in tidiness and equipment care; support wards during shortages.
