Job summary

North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Temporary Staffing Administrator (Internal), Band 3, based in Parkhouse, Carlisle. 15 hours are available for this role, supporting the Temporary Staffing Team to coordinate agency and bank staffing to deliver safe patient care.

You will liaise with Agency/Bank Coordinators, E-Roster, and Medical Workforce, ensuring due diligence and value for money in each booking while working within NHS frameworks and timelines.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English.
• NVQ 3 or relevant professional/work experience.
• Working knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages (Word/Excel).
• Public Sector/NHS or Commercial Temporary Staffing Agency experience.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination of temporary staffing requests with Agency/Bank teams to meet business needs.
• Liaise with project leads, Bank Team Coordinators, E-Roster and Medical Workforce to ensure due diligence.
• Help deliver best value for money in bookings and ensure timely placements.
