Job summary

KnowledgeBrief is seeking a Course Developer and Skills Coach to adapt the Level 4 Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Practitioner apprenticeship for NHS learners across the UK. The role is permanent, full-time and remote within the UK, with a salary up to £37,500 dependent on experience and an immediate start date.

You'll work with the Curriculum Development and Sustainability teams to tailor content for NHS settings, review materials through an NHS lens, and support apprentices

Qualifications

• Substantial NHS trust experience in sustainability, procurement, or estates.
• Experience preparing papers for senior leaders and managing budgets.
• Knowledge of NHS structures, net zero targets, and NHS procurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Adapt learning cycles and activities for NHS settings while preserving content.
• Connect learning with Green Plans, contracts, and improvement priorities.
• Coach apprentices through learning plans and monthly sessions.
• Monitor progress and provide developmental feedback and reviews.
• Support gateway and end-point assessment preparation and records.
