Qualifications

• Substantial first-hand NHS experience in sustainability, procurement, or operations.
• Experience coaching or training adults and giving feedback.
• Ability to review and adapt learning materials with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Adapt Level 4 Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Practitioner apprenticeship content for NHS learners.
• Coach apprentices through programme long-term with online delivery, workshops and coaching sessions.
• Support learners to prepare for gateway and end-point assessment and maintain records.
