Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a senior leader to head the managed supply streams across Wycombe General and Stoke Mandeville sites. The role focuses on implementing the Inventory Management System and shaping stock management processes across the trust.

Ideal candidate has NHS or public sector procurement experience, proven leadership, and strong stock control expertise to drive cost-effective supply operations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level, or equivalent significant experience in a supply chain, logistics or procurement environment.
• CIPS Diploma (or working towards), or equivalent relevant experience.
• Evidence of continuous professional development (CPD).

Responsabilités

• Lead the Supply Chain team as a senior leader.
• Set and monitor objectives; conduct appraisals and one-to-ones for direct reports.
• Negotiate with ward and department managers on stock levels for cost-effectiveness.
• Plan materials management schedules and operating procedures for consistent service.
• Maintain and optimise the Inventory Management System and stock control across sites.
