Job summary

PRS Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Electrician to support NHS healthcare facilities on a mobile basis. You will ensure electrical systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational across multiple NHS sites.

You will perform PPM and reactive maintenance, fault-finding, diagnostics and repairs, and maintain lighting systems, emergency lighting, distribution boards, and plant services.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualifications required with NHS environment preferred.
• Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems across NHS facilities.
• Undertake fault-finding, diagnostics and repairs on electrical installations.
• Maintain lighting systems including emergency lighting and distribution boards.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and NHS requirements.
• Complete maintenance records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Liaise professionally with NHS staff, site management and other contractors.
• Travel between multiple NHS sites as required.
