Job summary
Randstad CPE is seeking a proactive Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join our client's mobile team in Wakefield and surrounding areas. You will deliver PPM and reactive maintenance across a high-profile commercial portfolio, ensuring electrical systems operate reliably and safely.
The role requires 18th Edition, NVQ3 in Electrical Installation/Maintenance, and a full UK driving license. A strong track record in FM or commercial maintenance is preferred, with on-site duties and occasional
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation/Maintenance or equivalent.
- 18th Edition (BS 7671:2018) is essential.
- AM2 qualification.
- Experience in commercial maintenance or FM environment is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems (lighting, power, distribution boards, emergency lighting).
- Ensure works comply with BS 7671 and health and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults to minimise downtime.
- Assist with basic building fabric and M&E checks as part of first-fix approach.
- Use PDA to manage work orders and log asset history.
- Escort and supervise subcontractors on-site when required.
