Job summary

Profectus Recruitment seeks an experienced Medical Equipment Installation Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple installation and implementation projects across NHS sites. The role is primarily based in Derby on-site, with weekly on-site requirements and occasional work at other sites.

You will coordinate projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to required standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple build, installation or implementation projects.
• Experience working with medical equipment, ideally diagnostic imaging.
• Knowledge of design and construction processes.
• Experience working with NHS or within healthcare environments.
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.
• Good commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple medical equipment installation and implementation projects.
• Develop and control project plans, deadlines, resources and budgets.
• Manage risks, changes and project documentation.
• Provide regular progress reports and stakeholder updates.
• Attend NHS client meetings and act as an escalation point for implementation issues.
• Coordinate contractors, Estates teams and clinical end users.
