Job summary

Rydon Maintenance Ltd invites an Electrician / Site Supervisor to join our repairs and maintenance team in Southend, Essex on an NHS facilities contract. You will split time between supervising two care homes and actively carrying out electrical trades duties.

Responsibilities include reactive and planned maintenance, fault-finding, documentation, contractor supervision, and on-call support with standby allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, preferably NHS or contractor servicing NHS facilities.
• Electrical qualifications include NVQ Level 3 and 18th edition.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Reactive maintenance and repairs (power, lighting faults).
• PPM tasks including emergency lighting and fire alarm testing.
