Job summary

NTH Solutions in the North Tees & Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Integrated Inventory Assistant to support stock receipt, storage and distribution.

The role requires experience with electronic Inventory Management Software and the MS Office suite, and a full UK driving licence. You will work across hospital sites, providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using electronic Inventory Management Software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work across hospital sites and travel if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide materials management services to defined areas.
• Ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.
• Maintain stock levels and complete regular stock counts.
• Work under the Integrated Inventory Team Leader’s instructions.
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers as needed.
