Job summary

North Tees & Hartlepool Solutions is recruiting for an Integrated Inventory Assistant to support stock receipt, storage and distribution within the NHS Foundation Trust. You will ensure efficient replenishment, accuracy of records and adherence to procedures across hospital sites.

The role requires stock control experience, computer literacy and a willingness to work across multiple sites with a flexible approach and driving licence. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation.
• Experience in stores or stock handling.
• Computer literacy and use of inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality stock receipt, storage, distribution and replenishment service.
• Work under Integrated Inventory Team Leader instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of goods received and delivered; ensure safe storage and stock management.
• Liaise with internal and external partners regarding stock enquiries.
