Based in North London with hybrid working, the role focuses on identifying upcoming projects, converting framework access into wins, and representing the business at meetings and industry events across healthcare frameworks.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in the UK construction sector.
• Strong understanding of NHS estates and healthcare construction procurement.
• Experience with ProCure23 (P23).
• Familiar with Public Sector Construction Works (PS-CW).
• Knowledge of New Hospital Programme (NHP) / Hospital 2.0 Alliance (H2A).
• Proven track record of developing opportunities via framework relationships.
• Strong NHS/public sector stakeholder network.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships across major NHS and public sector frameworks.
• Act as a key contact for framework providers, NHS Trusts and public sector clients.
• Identify, track and influence upcoming project opportunities.
• Promote the business across existing framework appointments.
• Attend client meetings, framework forums and industry events.
• Work with business development, pre-construction and operations teams.
• Support strategic growth plans within healthcare and public sector markets.
• Provide market intelligence on future framework and procurement opportunities.
