Job summary

Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated project manager to lead the mobilisation of the new 13 Neighbourhood Mental Health teams. The role is offered through Flexi-Bank, with the host provider handling recruitment, onboarding and administration.

You will work with commissioners and frontline teams to ensure smooth setup, stakeholder engagement and timely delivery, enabling integrated mental health and community services across Surrey and North East Hampshire.

The post holder will be responsible for project managing the mobilisation of the new 13 Neighbourhood Mental Health teams.

This role is offered through Flexi-Bank, a collaborative temporary staffing service delivered in partnership between Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust. Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust acts as the host provider and manages the recruitment, onboarding and administrative processes on behalf of Surrey and Borders., Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the leading provider of health and social care services for people of all ages with mental ill-health and learning disabilities in Surrey and North East Hampshire. We also provide social care services for people with a learning disability in Croydon and ASD and ADHD assessment services in Hampshire.

We actively seek to engage people who use our services and our communities in improving the mental wellbeing of the local population. We work closely with other NHS and voluntary sector organisations who provide services and support people who use services and carers.
