Job summary

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to join the Income & Contracting Team within the Finance Department. You will support contract renewal, manage in-year invoicing and act as first point of contact for invoice queries, while collaborating with NHS and external organisations to resolve contractual and financial issues.

You will be numerate, proactive and capable of building relationships with finance colleagues and external partners to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Experience of accounts receivable and credit control, including pursuing outstanding debt.
• Strong numerical skills and ability to work with complex financial information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Support the renewal and management of annual Contracts with NHS and non NHS external organisations.
• Handle monthly in-year invoicing and be first line of contact for invoice queries.
• Investigate and respond to enquiries, update the Contracting Database, and pursue outstanding debt.
