University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is inviting applicants for a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice in the Child Health Team in Southampton. You will support the patient journey from referral to treatment, working with clinicians, managers and administrators to learn practical NHS administration skills.

Qualifications

• Good standard of education with literacy and numeracy skills to GCSE pass level 4-9.
• Ability to learn and assimilate information quickly.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Assist in delivering an effective administrative service within the Child Health department.
• Support reception and telephone duties while promoting Trust values.
• Help manage referrals, appointments and patient information to aid the patient journey.
